Nada Negm
Sustainability & Environment Executive, Danone Egypt
Nada Negm is currently the Sustainability & Environment Executive at Danone Egypt, where she handles environmental monitoring studies and waste management projects, in addition to leading B Corp certification across Danone Egypt’s operations. Prior to that, Negm held the position of Project Consulting Coordinator at CID Consulting.
Negm has been selected amongst hundreds of the world’s top talents, below the age of 35, to attend the prestigious Camp 2030 Summit in New York, taking place during the UN General Assembly and Global Goals Week in September.
Camp 2030 is a one-week “innovation lab” for the UNSDG, bringing together youth leaders to solve the most pressing challenges that the world faces.
Negm will be working with a team, on ideating, innovating, and developing next-generation solutions to the Sustainable Development Goals.
In 2020, Negm obtained her Bachelor’s degree in both International Business and Innovation from the German University in Cairo, followed by a postgraduate diploma in Environmental Engineering from the American University in Cairo (AUC). She is currently in the process of obtaining a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from AUC.
In 2019, Negm won a Sustainability Hackathon hosted by the University of Marburg for presenting her innovative waste solution project.
In 2015, Negm worked across the sustainability sector and co-founded an environmental educational initiative ‘Go Green’ aimed at raising awareness on waste and sustainability.
